I started Heatone Fitness in 2013.I had always enjoyed fitness from a very early age but after my second child, I struggled to lose the weight. Infant, it was increasing gradually even with exercise. So when I stepped into one of Ellen's classes I instantly realised how my fitness had dropped significantly and that i was needing a new challenge. I was soon hooked and dropped the pounds and inches, in total 3 dress sizes and 2 1/2 stone. Heatone is the only way for me.
Heatone gave me the push the support and the confidence I needed to reach those goals and maintain both fitness and nutrition for a better healthier me. I owe alot to these girls.
I am now an instructor. It means a lot that Ellen and the team believed enough in me to invite me into this role. I love supporting, teaching, encouraging our members and supporting our amazing team.
